Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send an RFQ we collect your name, work email, company, country, part description, the options you select and any files you upload. When a supplier registers we collect the company name, contact person, email, location, capabilities and any profile you attach. We also collect standard, aggregated website analytics through Cloudflare and Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

RFQ data is used to screen the request against our export scope and to match it with up to 3 suppliers. Drawings are shared only with matched suppliers who have signed an NDA. Supplier data is used to decide which RFQs fit a supplier. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing email.

Processors

Forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Analytics run through Google Tag Manager.

Retention and deletion

We keep RFQ and supplier records while a matching is active and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete your files or records at any time and we will confirm deletion.

Export-controlled data

Do not send ITAR-controlled, classified or unlicensed export-controlled technical data. If we receive it by mistake we delete it and tell you. See the export compliance policy.
